Agencies and Brands

CRATEcollective is a tool for managing various online marketing activities. In just one app you can manage campaigns and samples, simplify the clipping and reporting process and organize your team better. This saves work and time and ensures more effectiveness in your daily work. We would be happy to show you how CRATEcollective works in a free demo. Book an appointment directly.

The best way to manage multiple brands is via so-called groups. You can create these individually, whether in the form of teams or brands. These groups are subordinate to the instance and superordinate to users. This means that you can assign the different users to the group(s) they are actively working with. This way, only the information which is relevant to them is displayed to everyone.

Samples and products are best placed directly under items. We recommend creating categories in advance (e.g. season, brand, ...) so that you can organize the items directly into categories. Once created you will find all samples and products under Items > Items. Here you can manage the samples and always know where they are, who still gets which items and when a sample has to be retrieved.

You can create your campaigns via Apps > Campaigns > Create Campaign. Ideally, you should first create the categories and items so that they can be directly assigned to the campaign. Currently, you can invite influencers to your campaigns via an invitation link. To do this, you have to generate a sharing token when creating or editing the campaign, which can then be shared with the influencers and content creators.

Your focus should be creativity and to make sure you have enough space for it, CRATEcollective helps you with everything else. With CRATEcollective you can create planned and running campaigns and projects, collect all important information, write down ideas for later, manage samples, network with agencies and brands and much more. In short: CRATEcollective finally brings order to the creative chaos.

Influencers, content creators, stylists, photographers or other creatives will receive a lifetime freemium license during the beta phase and can use the currently available tools for free. In the future, these will be expanded to include premium tools, which can then be activated as needed for a monthly fee.

Only logged in agencies can access your profile, provided you have explicitly shared your information.

You don't have to connect your Instagram account to use CRATEcollective. If you do decide to do so, you'll have even more options to simplify your work. For example, your feed will be displayed directly on the dashboard and you can better schedule upcoming posts and campaigns. Also, by connecting your Instagram account to CRATEcollective, you increase your chances of being found by agencies and brands, as they can get information about you and your account more easily and are able to filter it better.

In the first step you create your instance, this corresponds to your pseudonym or name under which you appear online. In the second step, you can use Settings > Edit Instance Account > Users to create additional people with whom you work in a team. In addition, you have another possibility to organize yourself via Settings > Edit Instance Account > Groups. You can create groups individually, these can be for example the different platforms (e.g. Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, ...) on which you are active or different teams in which you work together for your instance (e.g. Team Content, Team Management, Team Administrative, ...).

You can create your campaigns via Apps > Campaigns > Create Campaign. It is best to create the categories and items first, so that you can assign them directly to the campaign. Currently, you can be invited to a campaign via an invitation link. You will receive this link directly from the agency or brand. The other way around, you can also invite people to campaigns you create. For this, you have to generate a sharing token when creating or editing the campaign, which you can then share.

Creating and managing your samples at CRATEcollective allows you to work in a more structured way. The more samples you have, the faster you lose the overview. In CRATEcollective you can assign the samples to different projects, create To Do's and timings as well as handle the return shipment.

Currently you can communicate directly with the cooperation partners via the campaigns. In the future, it will also be possible to contact agencies and brands directly in CRATEcollective, even if there is not yet an existing joint campaign.

Within your instance, only the users assigned to it can see the content. Campaigns can be publicly viewable if you share them. In this case, the todo lists and benefits of this campaign will also be publicly visible.

General

CRATEcollective is the platform to manage and control online marketing activities. With CRATEcollective you can manage collaborations and campaigns, handle samples in an organized and structured way and easily organize yourself in a team.

You can create additional users via Settings > Edit Instance Account > Users.

The instance embodies your company, brand or branding (influencer/content creator). Multiple user profiles can be assigned to this instance if you work in a team, for example. Everyone works under the user account of the instance, but has their own personal user profile. This way, a user can also work for multiple instances and only needs one personal user profile for this.
